Brett Wilde is the founder and team leader of Wilde Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Westfield in Orem. A lifelong Utah County resident — Orem, Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, and now Highland — he has spent his life in the communities his team serves, through decades of the county's growth into one of Utah's major residential and economic centers.
Brett's route into real estate ran through building things. After a degree in Technical Sales from Weber State University and a professional sales career at Cintas, he spent about five years in residential construction — a founding team member of Elite Builders Group and a principal of Silverleaf Construction — doing substantial custom-home and remodeling work. Licensed in 2012, he brought that builder's eye into brokerage: what a property is actually worth, what improvements truly pay, and what a house could become.
He has also lived the advice he gives. Brett has personally owned more than 75 homes — primary residences, long-term rentals, short-term and vacation properties, and other investments — financed through strategies he has used himself, from conventional and seller financing to assumable loans and equity-funded purchases. That owner-investor experience anchors the team's approach: strategic homeownership, where every purchase and sale is part of a larger plan to build wealth, confidence, and a life by design.
Brett teaches what he practices, leading homebuyer, equity, and investing classes throughout his career and still today. Under his leadership, Wilde Team earned 1st Place as the 2025 Regional Top Performing Group in the Keller Williams Utah Region, and Brett has been recognized in UCAOR's Top 250 for four consecutive years. The team has earned more than 800 five-star Google reviews.
